It’s not what is advertised. It’s literally a Motel 6. When I pulled up I went in to ask for directions I thought I may have missed a turn or my gps was wrong. That’s happened before. When the guy said no this is Cumberland Inn and a motel 6 my jaw dropped. If it wasn’t so late and I wasn’t already so exhausted I would have tried to find a different place. I slept on my emergency blankets from the car, there was burn marks on the sheets, mold growing in the bathroom, stains in the shower and the sink, floor coming up in the bathroom, stained towels.
I understand that for some people this is all they can afford and I completely understand you get what you pay for. But every other place I stayed at that has “Inn” in there title is completely different. I wish I knew how to post pictures

I Checked into the hotel at at 9:30 pm on a Friday night after 4 hours of driving. Wake up in the morning to roaches everywhere. They had roach traps so they obviously knew. Should be deleted from this site.

Connected/ is the same property as the motel 6. Motel 6 has smoking rooms but this property was supposed to not. Since it is connected, the nonsmoker rooms smell like smoke and dead body. We stayed at a "different hotel" and paid extra not to sleep with the smoke but since it's the same property you still have to sell the smoke inside the rooms. Staff was nice.

I didn’t stay there . Hotel was terrible . I cancelled the trip on Friday. Expedia did not have this hotel listed as Motel 6 instead was listed as a Cumberland Inn by Oyo which was deceitful. My rewards points were taken and my money which I’m still waiting to be returned

When I booked this hotel, it was not called Motel 6. It was listed under a different name. However, when we got there, sure enough, it was Motel 6. The room we were given had a dirty floor, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes, and the room had a bad odor. I went to the person at the desk, explained what the room was like, and asked for a different room. He was very nice and provided us with a new room. This one didn't smell, and the floor wasn't dirty. At this point, we decided to avoid any place that looks like a Motel 6. They all seem to have gone downhill and are kind of gross.

The only good thing about my stay was good functioning air conditioning.The picture shown online and on this email is not the MOTEL 6 I stayed at,at that address.It is a horrible dump, nothing like the pictures on your website.Wifi barely worked.My phone did not work.Very little TV worth watching?No digital charging.Burn holes in sheets which were gray and dingy.This is blatant fraud.There was EVIDENCE tape on my door; a joke or a crime scene?As I read the reviews after my stay I have to assume you must write all the good ones, more fraud. I deserve and want a full refund.I work in AAA and my travel coworkers were shocked you would do this.That is the business card the manager gave me and a picture of the address of the "Cumberland Inn." I will tell anyone I can about the scam you people play. I want a refund.

Hotel is in need of serious updating, very run down, showers would not keep temperature, my travel partner called it a midevil torture chamber.
TV did not work, we were moved into next room.
Not shampoo or conditioner in showers.
