When we initially checked in the place seemed pretty rough. But that’s Thailand so we didn’t mind. The rooms were not the nicest nor the cleanest but that’s Thailand. The first night went by with no problems. The second night the power went out at 9:30pm we were told that it would be on in an hour the hour went by then they said 4 hours. Then morning came and still nothing, by the time we left to eat breakfast it had been 12 hours with no power. The rooms turned into saunas those nights. I spent the whole night wiping my 3 year old down with a wet rag so he could sleep. We could not sleep we were sweating so much. I talked to the staff the next day and they were adamant it was not their fault. They offered us free breakfast to make up for it. The next night no issues. The 4th night the power went off at midnight. I went downstairs and heard the security guard telling some new guests that the power would be on in an hour. Telling them the same lie. I called the security guard out and explained what had happened the night before to him and the guests. He told me that the power did not go out all night which was a lie. I tried to find staff to talk to but they were all gone. Only the security guard was there. The power did not turn on for another 8 hours. 2 of the 4 nights we were there the power was out. It was the worst stay ever and when I went to talk to staff they said it wasn’t their fault. I have never left a negative review but stay away at all costs and save yourself.
