San Martin de Los Andes is definitely stunning scenic wise with the lake and green forest laced ridges. Reminds one of British Columia, Canada. The town is definitely tourist friendly with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Certainly could compete with any world class ski town.

Worth the stay!

Awesome place for vacation, the hotel is super cozy and clean, very well maintained. The tour agency is also super convenient and offered different services around the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very welcoming. Gimena was lovely with us and helped us a lot during our stay recommending some good places in town. Overall 10/10 and would definitely come back!

Quarto em que ficamos era um pouco escuro, as cortinas tinham que ficar fechadas pois o quarto era o da frente, onde possuem a fachada do hotel com iluminação. Muito barulhento devido ser as janelas grandes e todas de vidro e a rua tem muito movimento, de carros e pessoas na praça. Localização é ótima e o café da manhã muito bom.

O hotel é próximo do centro, mas mais conveniente pra quem esta de carro. O quarto era funcional, chuveiro bom, calefação funcionando 100% e frigobar. O colchão mole demais, poderia ser melhor. A TV não é smart! Café-da-manhã bom para os padrões argentinos, mas sempre igual! Todos dias tinha as mesmas frutas, bolos e pães (esse bem ruim por sinal). Garagem nos fundos apertada. Só cabe carro pequeno. Tem outro estacionamento proximo. Hotel bom, mas muito caro assim como tudo na Argentina.

Os funcionários até são prestativos na chegada mas depois não respondem ao WhatsApp quando são feitas perguntas sobre algum problema na acomodação. Nossa acomodação a água quente simplesmente acabou e tive que terminar o meu banho com água gelada!!! Um absurdo!!! E até hoje não obtive a resposta!!!! Falta de respeito com o cliente!!! Wi-Fi funcionando muito bem!! Café da manhã nada de especial. E ainda no texto para a acomodação a descrição dizia que a “casa” que na verdade era um contêiner…. Era com vista da montanha… Piada…. Era fundos do hotel que de montanha não tinha nada… era apenas um fundos e morro de nada de bonito.
