A Lovely little Place I really enjoyed my stay’ A nice Cosy room’ It’s also a Great location Your spoilt with Plenty Of shops and a few Places to eat’ The Staff were warm and friendly and we’re always there if I needed anything’ They have a morning Breakfast 8am till 10am at a Good Price and also have evening meals’ It’s a lovely warm environment if want to sit and have a Drink. A lovely Place to come and Stay I would Definitely recommend it…

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel itself could do with a lick of paint and a bit of updating, but overall it was comfortable and the excellent service made up for it.

Clean. A little run down. TV didn't work. Cook arrived a half hour late for breakfast. Off street parking for a few people. Nonetheless, we would stay there again because of the price.

I stayed for three nights, however it was a little noisy with slamming doors from other residents, doors are hollow also. You can hear the trains passing also. Room was a little shabby and the carpet sticky in one place. Room was very small so luggage got in the way all the time. Shower drainage needed helping but shower and temperature control was good. I was in the top floor so if you have heavy bags be warned. Car parking is limited to around 8 cars, so first come first served.

The Cotteridge Inn was primarily a social club before it's transformation. Generally the property is clean, but the rooms need to be decorated. I needed to be moved to another room ,because the tv system wasn't working and the room I moved to there were only 4 channels on the tv. Loud music at night until the early hours of the morning. Not designed for anyone with a disability as there is a large staircase to climb to gain access to the room The staff were friendly and the accommodation is relatively cheap to stay compared with the hotels in the area.

I stayed here in 2025 and booked the same place because my 2025 experience was positive. The price is reasonable. My room was excellent (a double and a single bed for one person). There's plenty of food outlets nearby and it is only a short walk from the railway station. I'd definitely book again

Nice hotel in a good and serene location. The hotel is very cool likewise the staff. The cleanliness is top-notch. There is enough parking space. I enjoyed my stay. It is recommended to anyone visiting Paris.

Very disappointed that despite messaging on Expedia in May and emailing twice via Gmail and leaving a telephone message that my messages are just ignored... I found out today that the inn is under new management so I will speak to Kate about an issue I raised in May about duplicate bookings.

The room was clean, beds very comfortable. Nothing to make a brew though. Shower was good but shower room smelled of cabbage. Noise of train passing until late. The corridor and stair carpets a bit tired and stained. Breakfast was fantastic.
