This was the worst ever- from all the forms and pix of ID’s, credit cards, u had to do and redo prior, having to call multiple times about the app giving an error msg, to the nightly protection of our children from our car to the bldg. The sheets were NOT washed and there was a giant pee stain the size of a large man on one of the mattresses. The white towels were 80% stained yellow. We were up until midnight washing them. There was hair everywhere. The dishes had a greasy film all over them so we had to wash before we used them. BUT the most stressful was I paid for 3 nights of parking and given conf w the spot number and permit location but then 1.5hrs AFTER checkin I was told bc I extended the length of my stay I could no longer have the spot. I emailed then called their customer service stating all of the above and that I NEVER changed my res since initial booking 3+ months prior. The agent said that’s not true and that I couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she says, it’s 6pm on a Fri night and I said exactly and we have no parking in a very bad area. She just kept saying “too bad”. While the area had meter parking it was surrounded by unhoused pp and we saw 2 men trying to break into a car directly in front of the building. We had to hurry our young kids in every single night bc we didn’t have the garage spot i paid for and they still haven’t refunded me!
