Excellent
I travel to Santa Barbara on business for a few days three or four times a year. This is the best place I’ve found to stay so far. Very clean, modern with cooking facilities. Well located for both State Street and the freeway. Bed is comfortable, shower is good and WiFi works. No reception, you are given a code to get into your room prior to arrival, but the team are very quick to respond to e-mail. Can’t fault this place.

Exceptionally clean room with spacious bathroom, a lot of cabinet storage, and kitchenette facilities. Slippers, makeup wipes, boxed water, coffee / tea selection, and locking safe are all nice amenities. The bed was firm but comfortable. Exterior rooms get plenty of sunshine and the skylight provided additional natural light. It was the cleanliness of the room that was the highlight though. Everything was spotless and immaculate which was soooo appreciated.

Great stay for the Santa Barbara half marathon last weekend. Bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect for a quick walk to the race. Kitchen is super convenient for those with a longer stay, although we opted to explore and eat out this time. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay to Casa de la Vina. The room was beautifully arranged and well appointed with everything we needed throughout the trip. There was ample parking and the location is extremely walkable to downtown and the beach side. We will stay again next time we are in Santa Barbara!

If it is available, stay here. This is the most thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped apartment I’ve ever rented. It is also beautiful and comfortable, with large bedrooms and huge bathrooms. It has a great location for exploring downtown Santa Barbara on foot. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

This is like a serviced apt more than a hotel. Everything was clean and new looking the rooms are like motel rooms with nice studio kitchen. The grounds were nice and they were adding garden plants as I was leaving. The online hotel service is prompt so you don’t miss a person on premises all and all it was a good first stay

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the ground units and I was concerned at first there would be a lot of street noise, but that was not a problem at all (it was really quiet). We had a couple questions and requests during our stay and Casa De La Vina was very responsive. We were able to easily walk to a nearby cafe and State Street was a 5 min walk away. Our friends had a gift basket delivered to our unit and they said Casa De La Vina was great to work with to ensure the gift basket was waiting for us when we arrived. Overall, it was a nice time!

Easy check in, however, The entrance to your room is a code. The system network can go down and you won’t be able to get in. We did have to wait for sometime to get access but the phone concierge helped us get access with a physical key instead of a code. Probably the most Airbnb like place with great services. We stayed in the room with its own kitchen and large bathroom. It was so nice, clean and modern.

Unique property located on a quiet street a few a blocks from State Street. Unit 1 was in like-new condition with top-notch fridge, microwave/ convection oven, good bed and big TV, even a first aid kit. A student could live there. There is a nice rooftop for picnic lunch.

This property was so clean and everything was pretty much brand new. Easy access to all restaurants and the beach. Perfect location and parking is so convenient for ease load/unload luggage. The fridge is bigger than most places, having a microwave was a huge plus. The most amazing part is that the bed was soooo comfortable. The mattress was comfy firm and I slept so well.I usually have hard time sleeping in hotels bc of bad quality or old mattresses but I didn't want to wake up. I will highly recommend!!

Great location, you can walk to most things you’d want to do in town. Interior was clean. Bed was nice but quite firm. Rainfall showerhead was enjoyable. The room itself was triangular and a bit cramped. I think it would be tight for two people. Parking garage was also cramped. I had a small SUV snd still had to inch back and forth several times to get in/out of spots. Hot water takes a long time to come on. Aside from that though, it is pretty nice and convenient. I’d probably stay here again.
