The hotel is new so may still be working out issues. The people that I met were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Several problems exist so I would not recommend the hotel to anyone:
1) the street was closed for a month-long festival and the hotel did not warn me or give me alternate instructions for how to drop off our luggage. The only person that I met was a restaurant manager and he didn't know what to tell me.
2) There is no desk staff there on a scheduled basis, so getting help with extra towels, questions about the neighborhood, etc could not be answered.
3) There was no phone # on the confirmation. Someone in the restaurant gave me a # to call, but the phone menu tree was in French only. I was having trouble with the wifi and my email and the woman who answered did not understand what email was, she kept referring to text messages.
4) There was no information in the room about hotel amenities (like laundry service) or area.
5) The room design is weird! You can only watch tv while in bed, it can't be seen or heard from other areas of the rm
6) The lights next to bed are too dim to read with and the lighting in the other areas is blocked from the bed
7) The hall light turns itself on sometime in the early morning (5am)
8) seating in the rm is uncomfortable to sit on for long
9) t-paper roll is hard to reach
10) There's only 1 rod in the bathrm for towels so no place to put towels after use to dry or to hang wet clothes (no shower curtain rod)
