The bed was the only clean thing in the room, besides the towels...could not put our food in fridge or freezer due to spills & 'gunk'. The table had dried food on it & was sticky. Had to put towels on the chairs to sit in them...heaven knows what all the stains & sticky stuff was. Could not use the tub/shower...had slime in the tub. Needed a cash deposit when checking in & only got part of it back when checking out...the rest was for "housekeeping fees". And he had to go inspect the room first. Good thing it was only one night & never again!

Run...dont stay there
This was a total dump and bad place. Door lock didnt work! The dead bolt for electronic lock just spun around the bolt never came out. Lady told me i couldnt park in space it was hers she lived there for over 3 years it was hers and I needed to move my car! There was drug activity. The room had exposed wires, wood rot between floor and walls it needs repairs . Kid at front desk very nice but place is NOT a place you want to be. Unsafe! Run! I am waiting on refund. Dont stay there. Felt like the hood! Not safe area!!! We DID NOT STAY ASKED FOR REFUND. HOTELS NEED TO REFUN OUR MONEY!! NOT WHAT PICTURES SHOWED! WE RAN FOR OUR LIVES! WENT TO TRUCK STOP SLEPT IN OUR CAR MUCH SAFER!!!

Only the TV worked
The room was in terrible condition. The floors were filthy. Putting the clean bathmat turned it black streaked. No hangers for clothes, no ice machine, small ref/freezer, but no ice trays. Nothing useful in kitchen cabinets, a drawer missing. Urine in the toilet and crud in kitchen drain to greet us. Questionable bedspread, rips and burned spots. No amenities soap, shampoo, blow dryer. No service. Required to empty our trash cans or no return of $25 deposit cash deposit. No return of deposit because the manager didn't start work until 9am. We were working couldn't hang around for an hour &1/2. No chain lock for door, noisy heater, broken glass in bathrm. window. Only thing good I can say is the TV worked well & had cox for lots of channels. Strange rules, no visitors allowed being one. Don't think anyone sweeps, mops, dusts, cleans toilet or anything else!

Cash deposits, no front desk staff for checkout
When I checked in there was a $25 cash only deposit. Realistically, what is that going to cover? But whatever, it's $25. When I went to checkout at 810am, noone was there. I looked it up and see they don't open the front desk until 9am. Which is just shocking for a hotel. So I decided to skip the $25 deposit return. There was also a note on the window that says $10 will be taken out of your deposit for housekeeping fees, and that you must take all of your own trash to the dumpsters provided on the far side of the parking lot. Overall conditions were what you'd expect for a cheap hotel. I don't mind the towel bar ripped off the wall, the musty smells, the old feeling... but it's the extra "stuff" that turned me off to this hotel. I am coming back to the area in 3 days for two extra nights on my way home and actually canceled my reservation with them for later this week. I'll pay more to have less crap to deal with. I just want to pay upfront, housekeeping fees included, and checkout when I'm leaving at 8am. The cash deposit hotels are an instant blacklist on my vacations.

DO NOT STAY HERE,YOUR CAR WOULD BE BETTER
The room smelled like urine, the mattress was filthy and they just threw a flat queen sheet over top. It was so old it had no stability left and it was like sleeping on a I slept with my clothes on because I didnt want my skin to touch anything. The towels were dirty, and the toilet not cleaned. I must say the toilet paper was very nice. I think I saw bed bugs but didnt stay to fine out.

Unclean and unfriendly
The first room we were given was not cleaned, dirty sheets were pulled up to remake the bed. There were so used towels on the bathroom floor. When asked for a different room, initially we were refused and told that the room was already cleaned. When the manager saw the guy running to sweep and mop and clean the bathroom because he forgot to we were given another room which was not much better but at least had clean sheets and towels. Had i not paid in advance we would have stayed.

I'd rather spend the night sleeping in a cemetery
It was terrible that the best you can do is laugh. Dirty everywhere, furniture picked from other peoples sidewalk trash I assume, things looking like they'll fall apart if you touch it, faulty electricity that sounds like it is short cutting, black plastic bags over half broken windows, and I am not sure what the critters living in that room are called....and I didn't intend to find out. I used the seemingly clean towels as a makeshift pillow, and spent the night in my car. Along with several other guests, I tried for two hours to checkout next morning, but the personel where nowhere to be found. Pretty sure that has to do with their requirements for a cash deposit when you check in......that you of course can't get back if nobody is there when you try to checkout and collect the next day. Hotels.com should remove them as an option for guests.

actually cancelled and did not stay. Upon arrival room was not ready, manager was rude, then said room would be ready soon as they were just then cleaning it, I was 20 minutes early for a3PM checkin, but....Then was told He wanted a 25 dollar deposit for the door key card and there was only one way in & out, and it had a manual gate on. DO NOT recommend

This lodge will ruin your vacation
We checked in and left within one hour. She required a $20 CASH deposit. This is the first time I've ever had a lodging establishment require cash and will not take credit/debit/check or anything traceable. Objectively, this is what we found checking in: Spoiled food left in microwave Cat food left in cabinet Counter top and table, sticky. Other surfaces not wiped down Freezer was repaired with yellow tape Shower still has hair in the tub. There are questionable stains in the tub. The shower handle I loose and is about to come off Bed pillows are stained Bed linens are stains There is no cutlery, pots, pans, or plates to use for the kitchenette The property owner scolded us for keeping the air conditioning. She barged through the front door and I quote, "… electricity is expensive. Keep the door shut when you're using the air conditioning m**er f**ers". Mind you, I opened the door to pick up more luggage from our car in the parking lot. Lastly, when I started to record her for her conduct, she began to lie stating the house keeping told me to turn down the A/C and I slammed the door in her face and she's going to call the cops to arrest us and charge us $1500 for A/C repairs. I'm sure everyone knows how a customer should be treated so I will not state the obvious. I'm warning everyone to stay away from this hotel. See photos and videos. I should have taken more photos but was shocked and caught off guard when she barged into our room.
