Unfortunately, we could hear people talking from the street below at random times of the night. Windows covered with broken blinds that don’t fit window entirely, so it let in so much light. Also, as soon as you enter the property, the smell from the carpet is awful. The bathtub water tab is loose. You have to pull up the tab before turning the water on to avoid having both the shower running and the bathtub filling up with water. TV channels had a great selection. Instructions to get into the property and into the apartment were easy to follow.

Nice play to stay! Parking was available on the street right out front, my suite was comfortable and clean, and I was the person helping me online was very attentive and kind.

Para dar un excelente servicio

Los espacios no correspondian a las fotos de la reserva. No había espacio de sala ni terraza y la fachada del edificio era totalmente distinta. De las habitaciones seria bueno mencionar cuantas camas tiene, reservamos para 3 personas y eran 2 camas matrimoniales, que no cumplian nuestras necesidades. Encontramos cucarachas en la cocina y pequeños bichos en el baño. Faltaba un basurero en el baño. Para la mesa de la cocina solo habian 2 sillas y repito mi reservacion era para 3 personas. Se sugiere dejar al menos una pequeña botella de agua por persona por estancia, como cortesia, ya que no hay tiendas de conveniencia cercanas despues de las 6 pm. Se reconoce que todo estaba funcionando, recien pintado y limpio. Y fueron muy puntuales y explicitos en las indicaciones para check in y check out. Informar que el estacionamiento es en la calle, si encuentras lugar.

Nice property ! Communication was Fast & very helpful . The main issues were online rules , switching or no longer being available .. Just Double check everything before renting lol but aside from that . Everything was Great ! Super Cute rooms too ✨️🤍

Misleading. Please Beware.

BEWARE. This is the most misleading listing I have ever encountered. The photos and actual property are completely different. Upon arrival I was immediately hit by a strong smell of cigarettes and weed dispite it advertising itself as strictly "smoke-free". The whole environment felt unsafe in more ways than one. The entire building and unit was low lit. The furniture was old and unstable. The leg on the bed frame was bent out and could break at any moment. AC units were old, loud, and dirty. There was a door that let to two doors with bars and locks, but eventhough you could lock it, the handle was loose and I didn't trust it. I left the property and trusted my gut and asked hotels.com for assistance with this matter but the property mangers couldn't be reached until the end of my trip and "nothing could be done" including holding the listing accountable for being so misleading. In the middle of what was supposed to be my stay, the property manager sent a message less than 24 hrs notice that a couch was going to delivered. Very unprofessional. That means strangers were given the code to the unit and could enter at any moment to interrupt my stay. Now after having done a deeper dive of research on these property managers I see that other places they have have terrible reviews. I learned a valuable lesson and lost money. Stick with a brand name hotel or really dig deep on independent properties posing as "hotels".

I had a lovely time at this place. The staff were friendly when I needed assistance (it's all virtual), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was clean and we felt safe. The location was close to the L line and G trolley! When we go back to Philadelphia we will definitely stay here again!

Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. Spacious unit, comfortable bedding, convenient to shops to pick up food and essentials. The space was clean and got great sunlight. A few more basic essentials would’ve been nice. Had to buy body wash, wash cloths, cooking oil, ice tray, aluminum foil and a frying pan. Was a good value for the price and the essential items were easy to pick up in the neighborhood. Free street parking was easy to find. Would stay here again!

Cute and cozy

Overall this place as exactly what it says cozy and cute. Only thing I wish they had was mirrors somewhere else other than the bathroom. I came for a music festival so it would have been nice to look at my outfit in full. Overall staying here got the job done and I would book again.

Not what is advertised

The check-in instructions were not clear. The house number is not clearly marked and the front door could be one of two doors near each other. Part of the entry code was missing for the front door. The managers were responsive and told me to read the instructions. Not helpful at first, but responsive. The place and location are in rougher condition than the photos show. There were a couple of holes in the wall near the front door. There was a towel bar missing, the floors felt like they hadn't been swept in a while and one of the kitchen chairs was broken. (I tweaked my back on it when I went to sit on it and it flipped me out of it) I did tell the managers and they did come fix them both...but my back was a bit sore for my trip. When booking the trip they do advertise that an additional deposit needs to be made to them just in case the place is left in bad condition. No where does it say that deposit will be taken outside of Hotels.com and by a third party. Hotels.com says on all of its' emails to not send money through a third party. I tried to cancel my stay because this place didn't obey the rules of Hotels.com but they wouldn't cancel and Hotels.com was no help with that. I left the place better than I got it and took pictures upon leaving for verification. I have nothing to say about the kitchen, appliances or televisions since we didn't use them at all.

This is a cheating property, they claimed a damage after more than 10 days after departure saying that the bed frame is broken which is not caused by us, highly not recommend this property unless you want to be cheated

It was a good place to be, especially as people who really just needed a place to sleep and relax in at night after running around all day. It was nice and quiet, very close the zoo, which was very nice, and pretty comfortable. We had some mild issues with getting the Internet to connect to our phones, but communication was easy and quick enough to sort out any issues we ran into.

Great property. Exactly as shown in pictures. I love the quiet hours. Host was very attentive and had great communication. I booked same day and process was fast and easy. Would definitely book another stay here.
