Location of hotel is just next to city center and only few hundred meters from train station from. Hotel is like an old castle or stone mansion and there's spa available for all customers included to the price of room. With cheaper and smaller rooms you won't get the bathrobe, so you have to change your clothes in locker room and there's no keys available. I had booked classic single room and it was really plain, cruise boat-lookalike cabin with no extra. Customer service varied a lot in lobby, some cases I got really nice service in English and sometimes only available language was German. In case you visit the hotel, pay few euros extra and get a bigger room instead of suffering on less than 10m2 cell. :)
There's trains passing just next to hotel 2-3 times per hour until late hours of night and this will create significant noise, so please take your earplugs with you. And in case it happens to be weekend and there's wedding party on downstairs, the music will continue loudly until 2 A.M. Little help comes if you book bigger room, then you will get double doors and there will be less noise.
