The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they took great care of the guests at all times. The breakfast was quite good.
Unfortunately, there were more negative aspects than positive ones. There was a very strong sewage smell in the hotel lobby and in the breakfast area. We had to complain about our room twice, as the rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. In the end, we were given a room upgrade, which was appreciated and did help somewhat.
The rooms were very worn and outdated, although the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Overall, the value for money did not quite meet expectations.
A big plus goes to the staff 👍
