The location is great, but there are some drawbacks. The pool is not heated, and the beach isn’t the best. Unfortunately, the customer service at the buffet was subpar, and Hilton didn’t quite meet the usual standard in this regard.
A particular disappointment was Andy, who claimed to be the director of the Playa package. He was rude when we declined to sign up for the package, which left a bad impression. On a positive note, Liz provided excellent service, and Bryan gave the best massage I’ve ever had—highly recommend him if you're looking for a great spa experience!
Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel needs to work on improving customer service, especially in the buffet and sales interactions.
