Isabelle was so nice to us. We appreciated it. The view is excellent. The beach is right across the street. I loved walking for miles along the beach. Tons of places to eat and shop. The only thing is I sent a message and they never got back to me during a 2 night stay.

Disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room as it was extremely hot at night. The 2 fans that were provided were not maintained well.
The pool was great however to cool down.

It was dirty and in disastrous condition! The property is attached to a social housing complex with addicts in the street. Cockroachs, dirty pool, and bathroom, train rushing by every few minutes. We checked out right after visiting the room. We don't expect much but that was disgusting. We couldn't stay here. Sorry, but that is my honest opinion.

Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments

Strongly Recommend Avoiding – Extremely Poor Condi
We chose to leave this property on the same day we arrived (June 23, 2025), as the room did not meet our expectations in any way. It was in extremely poor condition – dirty, damaged, worn down, and with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It felt neither safe nor comfortable to stay.
The reception was closed and completely unreachable. We contacted Hotels.com, who handled our booking, and they also tried to reach the property but received no response.
We checked out at 8:30 PM and left the key in the drop box. We then booked another hotel to continue our stay.
Due to the unacceptable state of the room and the complete lack of support or communication, we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone with even basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or service. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Nous avons séjourné pour le nouvel an, la résidence est proche de Cannes, a 100m de la plage dans l'ensemble appartement est fonctionnel et le personnel super agréable contrairement au commentaires affiché, le matelas était bien, vaisselle, TV parking, je vous le conseille !!!

La chambre familiale était censée accueillir 6 personnes, mais en réalité elle ne correspondait pas à cette capacité. La propreté n’était pas irréprochable. Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué « vue sur la mer », cependant ma chambre se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue inexistante.
Les chambres sont assez anciennes et mériteraient une rénovation. De plus, la remise des chambres à 16h fait que la moitié de la journée est déjà perdue.
L’expérience globale n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui est bon

Helt ok hotell for en rimelig penge.
Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet i forhold til stranden og Cannes by. Hotellet hadde et fint og stort basseng og området ved bassenget var et pluss for meg.
Renholdet på balkongen vår dårlig da vi kom, leiligheten var helt ok, men det bar preg av at det burde oppdateres. Området hotellet lå i var ikke så innbydende, men vi fant en liten sidegate rett ved hotellet som var veldig koselig. Restauranten serverte nydelige mat.

Bedrövligt! Mögligt rum där det stod vatten på golvet som kommit från rummet ovan. Slitet. Små klaustrofobiska rum. Katter i poolområdet. Djurbajs i foajén. Slumområde.
Expedia borde ta bort detta från sitt sortiment. Plus till Expedia för att ni hjälpte oss till ett idealiskt boende och stod för detta.
