Hot tub has been broken for three years, but still shown in the pictures with a sign that no kids are allowed, which would have been really nice for what we thought would’ve been a romantic getaway. The bar was also closed.

They gave away my room after I called and confirmed the day I was arriving and told them I would be a late check in. When I arrived at 10:30 pm they had given my room away.
I’m mad at them and mad a hotels.com for not making it right. They should be penalized and I should get two free nights stay at a comparable hotel free of charge for my inconvenience!

Breakfast was decent every morning and the beds are comfy! The only complaints I have are I wish there were other fruit options at breakfast and my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned but I will still be back. This is my favorite hotel!!
