"We had an issue with no water for a whole day and unable to shower or flush toilets through out the resort, but once fixed no further issues. Overall, aside from this we had a great stay! Things happen. So, still highly recommend resort. Fantastic food and staff."

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked through them. The food is ok. For this price we were expecting more. "

"The staff and facility were top notch. Our room was perfect and the pool and beach areas were beautiful. There were plenty of food options but the 10% VAT and forced 15% gratuity even on a simple coke purchase was excessive. "

"There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing."
