Quality room for a good price

I was looking for a room for one night. I usually work remote, but I had to be in the office two days in a row, this week, in Pittsburgh. I wanted to stay somewhere out of the city. This place fit the bill. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice, and clean. It had everything I wanted. I would definitely come back.

Pleasant stay

This was a last minute trip and the options for our stay were limited. Central location with plenty of food options in walking distance. The property is dated but in decent condition. The front door was broken and left open. The carpet in the room was dirty and left our feet dirty and sticky.

The stay was nice and reasonably priced given that there was a home Steelers game that weekend which was causing a lot of hotels to sell out. Breakfast was just some granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. The room was spacious and clean (except for some old stains on the carpet) and the hotel was quiet and in a nice area. Overall we definitely would stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and quiet. There was a not so pleasant mix up when I checked in. They extended a stay for an existing guest, in the double room that was intended for me and they were intending to place my husband and I in 2 single rooms, even though I had reservations on the room for 4 months. The manager made good by offering me a discount and only charging it as a single room but the inconvenience. We then decided to only take one of the rooms as 2 would not be needed. It’s just the whole thing was crazy The manager was amazing though.

The hotel smelled like weed everywhere you would go. Our fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. We only had one towel and washcloth even though they knew there were three people staying in the room. The room key didn’t work half of the time. The “breakfast” they offer is coffee and small muffins. The staff were mostly friendly.

My room was easily accessible. All the staff members were pleasant, polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and cooled the room quickly and quietly. The bathroom had the best exhaust fan I have experienced in just about any hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The elevator couldn't be called for from the 2nd floor. The remote control for the tv didn't work and the replacements i trued didn't work either.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The person in the room next to me was playing music and singing- so the sound proofing is not great. My TV and both remote controls did not work. They say breakfast but it is just an oatmeal packet and coffee. It was ok to just have some place to sleep.
