Disappointed
Poorly designed shower...door opened out after you showered to allow large quantities of water to flow down from inside of door onto floor ..we requested first floor room and close to entry since we have difficulty walking but they sent us to second floor..they had an elevator but our room was on the far end of the building and extremely long walk from the elevator...they also had no ice in the ice machines anywhere and the small fridge was so impacted with ice it really didn't work and needed to be manually defrosted so to work properly..we had to check in late and were told that after 9 p.m. only gas station convenience stores were open for food so we spent exorbitant amount for junk food prepackaged food and on the way back to hotel we saw at least 5 restaurants and burger joints open to 11:00 which we could have eaten much better and for less at...overall a big disappointment for us being from hundreds of miles away and totally unfamiliar with the area
