There were two maintenance issues in my bathroom. The ceiling fan was hanging from the ceiling making a loud noise. The sink faucet was not secured properly and spun from side to side. On the my first full day, housekeeping attempted to enter my room without knocking. I had the security latch enabled preventing the staff member from entering. The housekeeper quickly walked away from the room trying to avoid my questions. I am concerned that had I not been in the room, my belonging might have been compromised. I spoke with the front desk and manager on duty. I was promised a follow-up after they spoke with staff. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk worker informed me that the housekeeper entered the wrong room, stating it was a case of wrong floor. It is disappointing that the manager sent the front desk to respond instead of doing this themselves. The hotel is in a great location and mostly in good repair. There are starting to be some noticeable repair issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. There is a good amount of street noise that can be heard in the room, notable if you are a light sleeper.
