Friendly staff
We had problems when checking in because the payments from the Hotels.Com had not gone through to hotel. Luckily we were accepted in (after giving the number to my other card.) The apartment was good and comfortable. The staff cleaning the room was excellent; sometimes minor things were forgotten to do. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was occasionally much slower than expected. The restaurant is very comfortable to spend time. The bar is good; our special thanks go to Yusuph the bar attender whose way of serving the customers was professional and awesome. Our decision to grade the hotel was finally excellent; the reason was that they kindly allowed us to keep our room longer without cost while waiting our flight back home.
