Nice hotel, easy location
ROOM: spacious for one. Tidy and clean, except some stainy lines/towels and bathroom/shower facilities could need little facelift for a 5* hotel. AC worked as it should especially in this local humid warmth. Wifi worked great. Comfy bed and especially liked those puffy pillows. Great view from 25th floor! One con -> If you're light sleeper or like to take naps at daytime or just have peace and quiet, take your earplugs with you. I could hear everything from corridor to my room. I woke up one night at 4ish am, when some gang were howling behind my door as they passed by. At another times, cleaning staff doing their work, doors beeping/closing/opening/vacuming etc.
LOCATION: easy to find and travel. For example -> Take train from KL sentral to PUTRA station if you're arriving from the airport with KLIA express. Putra station is at walkable distance from hotel. There is also this another station for those trains/rails going off ground called PWTC, also walkable distance. This station is your connection to get to city center easily.
STAFF: Polite, helpfull and friendly.
