Three things I didn’t like:
1) the hotel is highly outdated and needs total renovation
2) all windows in the hotel are locked, not possible to open even for a little gap. Which is weird, because there is no supply/exhaust ventilation in the rooms. Only a regular exhaust fan in the bathroom. So forget about fresh air.
3) all rooms are equipped with old style noisy air conditioners installed in the walls under the windows. They are extremely noisy, it's not possible to sleep with them on.
And I can point out one additional thing which might be important for European travelers. There are only wall showers, no hose showers.
