Nice and charming staff. Pool was a bit too chilly but not bad. Overall a welcoming property.

8/10 Very good

It's a very nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. We arrived just before 6 pm and our room wasn't ready. (Check in is at 4pm) We had a queen room and both beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows went flat as soon as you lay on them. They don't provide free breakfast. The restaurant inside is a little pricey for the cold breakfast and coffee. I would stay again if needed but will bring my own pillow and I wouldn't eat at the restaurant.

This was my third time staying at the double tree in downtown Battle Creek, and every time has been great. The staff is attentive, the hotel is newly renovated, and I love the walking distance to restaurants. The 16th floor bar is a wonderful place to take in the city lights at night.
