Checked in and the toilet was backed up. Called front desk and they were only able to bring a plunger to the room. Half of the outlets didn’t work. I went to get ice and the ice bucket had moldy water sitting in it. I went to the front desk and the woman wasn’t much help. She told me I had to contact Hotels.com because I booked through them. She also told me I would get a new ice bucket brought to my room and I never received it. I’ve stayed at this property before and always enjoyed the stay, but after this last experience I will definitely not be returning.

Staff was nice. Rooms are nice. Parking ramp attached to hotel. The door from the parking garage to the hotel has a buzzer that’s broken.l but you don’t know it. Just sit there buzzing forever. You have to walk around to the front and this is annoying to do with luggage when it’s -5 degrees outside. Staff said “yeah, it’s broken, sorry…” Should probably fix that especially when charging $30/night to park.
