Could be cleaner
First-room was big and comfortable and clean. But the stairwells and fitness area were not maintained and dirty. Fitness room-missing dumbbells-Dirty floors-no wipes-water cooler not working -broken machines and equipment. Breakfast was ok-tables could have been cleaner. Attendant was super nice and so was the staff. Snow and ice storm-no maintenance of icy sidewalks or parking lot.

An OK stay
The hotel charged us for overnight parking! Hotel is also very close to a major interstate highway. So it was noisy in the room. A steak house was next to the hotel property which was very convenient to us on a raining night. The complimentary breakfast is very plain and light.

Unsafe Hotel Parking Lot
The hotel itself was clean and staff was nice but our car was broken into while parked within the hotel parking lot & personal belongings were stolen. We searched the premises for camera's, but there were none to be found. I advised the gentlemen at check-in what had happened and he said it happened the previous week as well to an employee. He asked for my name & number & that was that.

To much needs to be done
From the moment I arrived for check-in, I couldn't. The key card machine wasn't working and the staff member on duty had to physically let me in my room. The carpets were visibly dirty and the second floor hallway smelled like skunk which gave me a headache. The hotel needs some cosmetic improvements. I was slightly disappointed because it bore the name Hampton Inn.
