Front staff had zero customer service and were definitely not customer trained or friendly- terrible a problem solving besides just saying those are the rules!! Never ever will I stay at Hilton - thanks To Ralph at front desk and torres a wanna be shift manager with a chip on his shoulder!! That had no people skills whatsoever service

First timer at this hotel. Excellent staff who check on your stay with texts ( I love that!). Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was considering its nearby location to Fiesta Texas. Nice food options in the area via Door Dash. Breakfast was also quite good with many tasty choices. I would stay here again and will consider stays in other cities.
