A really clean and well-presented room with a really comfy bed. Well organised for Covid protection. Food was good, but portions were a bit small for the price. Hotel is well placed to access lots of attractions on this part of the coast. Lovely garden for eating out and plenty of easily accessible parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A great base for exploring north Norfolk
I booked this place because it was just about the only available accommodation in the area, but was really pleasantly surprised. Great room, excellent food, a lovely garden and really friendly staff and service. Turned out to be a wonderful base from which to explore the local area.

The Roman Camp Inn is a nice and friendly place to stay in an ideal position, it has a lovely big beer garden which is COVID friendly as is the bar and restaurant.My only criticism would be you do get some road noise as you are close to the main road if you have your windows open . But saying that I would still stop there again.

4 night stay in August
Pretty much a last minute booking. All staff very helpful and friendly. Impressive Covid Security which probably impaired normal service. Room slightly disappointing as "de luxe" but again probably due to Covid - but a fresh box of tissues could have been available. slightly disappointed that hotel was not part of Eat Out to Help Out as we ate there each evening. Some traffic noise due to location but that was probably exacerbated by the fact that windows needed to be fully open due to the heat at the time. Location is good for a short break and on reflection we would stay again but would probably choose a different room if available

When I arrived it was very busy The person who checked me in was quite stressed There was no information in the room about WiFi or about the hotel I had a meal there which was lovely
