Sewer smell in room even with window open. Couldnt get rid of the stinky smell.
Check in was ok, except the rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures lead you to believe…

Great value and location
Great location, easy access and a short walk from the train station. Waterfront is minutes away making a great location for discovering this lovely city. Great transport links and nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was clean and plenty space for the two of us. Lots of space for storage. Not situated on a busy main road so pretty quiet at night. There was ongoing works in the hotel however we were informed of this at check in with much apologies from the staff, and assured works would be only between 8am and 5pm. Can honestly say during our stay we had very minimal disruption from these renovations. Great stay overall

No elevator!
Overall the rooms are renovated which is nice. What makes me mad is they only show the renovated pictures on the site. You have to carry your luggage up a filthy flight of stairs in red carpet (not shown). Other than that everything else was fine.
