Ark Encounter
This property was the perfect location to allow us multiple trips to the Ark Encounter during our stay. The apartment was very clean and quiet allowing us lots or relaxation as well.

Just what we needed
This rental was perfect for us and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived late our first night and they left lights on for us. Had no trouble finding the location, the owners supplied adequate directions. The room was clean and comfortable. We picked this location due to proximity to the Ark encounter and Cincinnati. We visited the Cincinnati Zoo one day and it was just a short 40 minute drive. This location allowed us a peaceful quiet place to stay away from the city. There was not much open in Williamstown while we were there. We had hoped to visit the coffee shop next door, but it’s closed sundays and mondays. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Suited Our Needs - Kathy
My husband and I were celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and decided to visit the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. We found this guest suite to be an awesome alternative to the hotels in the area. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Plus it was only 6 mins away from the Ark! Faye was extremely accommodating and very communicative. I do think it's worth noting that the apt suite is relatively close to the train tracks and it seemed like there was a train passing by every few hours. But overall, this was a very nice place to stay!

Great place to stay near the ark
Faye was an excellent host , very quick to respond to questions , newly remolded place perfect for weekend getaway for two people , only thing that was hard to get used to was the AC unit right at the bed running all night , but I would definitely stay there again

Good location
Our stay was enjoyable. The owners were very hospitable and pleasant. Neat & clean suite. I suggest another mirror, hair dryer & clock. It's a fairly steep climb up the stairs to the suite. Thanks for your assistance.

Clean and comfortable.
We loved staying in this studio apartment. It is very close to the Ark Encounter and I-75. King beds are always a plus and though not pictured it has a comfy sofa for TV viewing.

A Welcoming Home Away From Home
When my husband and I arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner. She showed us the apartment and answered our questions about the surrounding area and restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated and very comfortable. Chilled sparkling apple cider and glasses were on the table to toast our arrival, and juice and fruit were in the fridge for smoothies, if we so desired. Williamstown is a small, slow-paced town from a simpler time - a coffee shop, gift shops, and churches on every corner, which we loved. The Ark Encounter is about 10 minutes away, and the drive to the Creation Museum about 45 minutes north - both personify excellence in every way. We loved the pizzeria just down the road and Beans in Dry Ridge. Our little home away from home was exactly what we needed, and we highly recommend it. Blessings to the owners for their sweet hospitality!

Nice stay
We thought it would be fun to stay right downtown. The studio apartment had been all updated. The bed was comfortable and all we needed was there. However, staying in this small town we thought there would be little shops and things we could do. But alas there is not much in this what could be so cute downtown area.

Too hot to sleep.
The unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was too loud for sleeping. Probably should be updated. Also, there was a bulky, uncomfortable couch at the end of the bed; which was not shown in the listing.
