Location close enough to walk to from center of city but not very quite since it was located near police station. Sirens may interrupt sleep or awaken you. Morning brunch was clearing by 1000. Kind of early for travelers getting to bed at 2400 unless one is in PJ's for breakfast. The rooms, were clean and beds comfortable. Service was great.

Wonderful hotel. Great breakfast. Only complaint was that beds are very uncomfortable.

It is not far from the cathedral and the train station is just next to the cathedral. almost walk-able to all attractions as well. however itself is on a quiet street.

This was part of a trip to Cologne and the surrounding area. The location was great for what I needed. Everything was in walking distance. I was given room 34, which is on the main-road side of the building. Even with the window open, I wasn't disturbed by traffic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It appeared this was a bathroom for less-abled guests. However it was great for what I needed.

Very helpful staff. Great location, walkable distance to cathedral. Fine breakfast. I missed fridge.
