The worst experience ever. Actually its not the Zen rooms that i am dissapointed about, its Quality Hotel Marlow the actual Hotel thats provide really bad service. The room i stayed in is so noisy, my kids woke up everytime someone above, below or next to our rooms start to turn on their shower. its so loud and so noisy, not good for travelling with young kids. And during my 7 nights stay, there were a group of school children in our floors running around until midnight, almost every night. i had to call the manager but it looks like they cannot do anything about it. They are also understaffed, it takes a long time for the service to come to our rooms. Even when we checked in, our luggage are taken by the ladies that checked us in. There were nobody else at the hotel at that time. No wonder they are very unfriendly to the guests because they are over worked. Basically, this is the last time for us to stay in this Hotel. The worst Hotel we ever stayed in Singapore. Location is the only thing that is convinient because its close to the hospital around it.
