A lackluster disappointing experience!
My stay from June 16-19 was no where near close to “extraordinary” I was told to put on a shirt over my swimsuit top in route to the beach in the lobby. Imagine my surprise when I sat in the lobby on several different occasions and noted that other woman were not being told the same thing which makes me wonder if I was singled out. The large pool was under construction (I wasn’t informed prior to arrival or at check in, I was disappointed to find this out on my own as I went down to use the pool but everything was roped off). The microwave in the unit did not work. The dishwasher was not mounted correctly and when I went to use it, it slid out and landed on my foot! Upon check out the person we reported to asked why we didn’t tell anyone, well we would have if someone ever picked up the phone! Super disappointed in my stay and the lack of customer service and welcoming from your staff! I also submitted my review directly to the hotel and received ZERO response! Stay at your own risk as this place doesn’t communicate very well with their guests!
