Excellent location. Hotel can get noisy in the morning because of shops underneath. Right in front of the hotel, there are Greek food, Pizza, shopping, etc. Famous Milan shopping is 5-10’ walking distance. Very cold AC. The kitchen can be cleaner but it is a great hotel to stay. We really like the place.

What we saw and read was different, the manager / owner was not at all cooperative, emenities were soooo less, wifi was good, we could not even store luggage, over all will not receomd

Very good place , the rooms are big . The interior design is amazing . Comfortable beds and nice big TV. The problem is 3 rooms with only one WC and one shower place !

We had a wonderful stay in our unit traveling as a family of 4 with 2 grown children at Christmas time. The location was great, so close to Stephanplatz and the major shopping district, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood with great eating options within steps. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a sloping glass ceiling in the living room that offered a nice rooftop view which was great in the wintertime for natural light but not so sure how I would feel in the summer time since the sofa bed is directly beneath it. We tried several switches but was not sure if they were intended for automatic shades that didn't work or for something else. With the exception of a broken showerhead holder, the amenities were great - sleek and modern - and most of all, the beds were very comfortable, even the sofabed! The washing machine was definitely a bonus as a well as a dishwasher and well-stocked kitchen. If we return to Vienna as a family, we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling as a family.
