Great place!
This was a wonderful experience for my family. It was basically right on the beach. Ice cream shop and restaurant right next door. The pool was clean and warm. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has an updated full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed and two twin beds. It was perfect and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

Responsive owner - not ideal experience
Check in and communication with manager was bad. I had to call both owner and manager at 4:15 once check in time came and went to track down the code. Every call to manager went to voice mail. Pull out couch mattress cover covered in either puke or something worse. Mattress was disgusting and even my small kids complained. Requested new mattress pad which they brought one to only discover a pee stain. Day 2 there was water leak from under kitchen sink. Owner was responsive and ensured we got a new out of package matteess cover and handled leak promptly. She agreed to give a credit for experiences. Bottomline - great location over all clean condo (minus mattress pad) and responsive owner. Manager left alot to be desired as did the cleaning chew who clearly over looked the mattress pad to just get thw job done

Nice location, Great stay
Love how close this location is to the beach and Pier 60. Tons of shopping and eating with walking distance. Used Uber to and from airport. No need to rent a car. The condo was perfect for 4 of us. Fridge that makes ice is a good touch. The pool is nice too.

This unit is great,has everything you need and some extras like a king size bed, washer and dryer, and 2 bedrooms. Location is wonderful. Close to the beach and walking distance to dinning and shopping.

Great location, perfect for our family of four
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great for our family with two young kids. Each had their own bed, they loved the pool, and the location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The only downfall was a few bugs in the kitchen. The owner was great and got us what we needed when we ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper.

It is very good to stay for family with 4 people.
I like to stay there because it is near the beach. Also it is very good for family with 4 people, not for 6 because sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep. The price for this property is too high.
