I loved my stay here. The property is quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, well appointed. Each party has a private bedroom and bathroom and a shared kitchen, dining area, and living room.
There is no staff on site...a "DIY" ethos...but they are reachable for any issues. So if you are a high-maintenance individual this is not the place for you. But it is possible to take the "DIY" philosophy a bit too far. I stayed for 4 night and on 2 of them, it snowed a bit and the town plows were out (I appreciate their effort), but plowed in our little driveway with a high rock-hard berm. On both mornings, I shoveled us out. I did not mind as I viewed it as another opportunity for exercise and burning calories...but someone else might resent this. To add an element of irony (or "insult to injury"), a fellow with a snowblower showed up in the late afternoon and did a very fine job of cleaning off the wrap-around porch, which noone in the minus-6 degree air would have been using under any circumstances...but he did nothing to clear out the solid-snow berm at the end of the driveway, whose exit remained at the fairly narrow path I had shoveled.
