We arrived late at night to be greeted with warm friendly smiles. A cool refreshing welcome drink was given to us whilst we checked in. Room was compact but cosy and had everything you needed. Satellite tv, kettle, air con and a clean comfy bed. Staff helped with luggage and there is a lift to all floors. We requested extra pillows which were brought very quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
