Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson at Coit Rd

We were exceptionally pleased when they upgraded our room with no extra charge. The staff was extremely friendly. The only disappointment was the breakfast in the morning. I had to go hunt someone down to inform them they were out of eggs and coffee. An hour and a half after breakfast was over as we were checking out, dirty dishes were scattered all around as they had not been cleaned up.

In the future when visiting our family in Dallas area this property will always be our first choice! The staff was very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Sean (Front Desk) ! Such a sweetheart and funny too! Cannot day enough about how clean, spacious and comfortable our suite was. This hotel was listed as pet friendly but none were on site. As an Interior Designer I was impressed how they nailed every detail.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Seems brand new in every way, incredible service, good rates and a great breakfast. If there was one downside, the food at the happy hour wasn't great, but that wasn't very important to me. I strongly recommend this hotel, especially to business travelers!

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. Gave us a free upgrade. Offered to keep the pool open another 30 mins so the kids could enjoy it after getting there like 20 mins before pool was supposed to close for the night. The rooms looked amazing. Better then the other residence inns I’ve stayed at.

The hotel is a fairly new hotel. Hotel front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The pool water temperature was colder than I expected. Maid service was slow one day which caused us to forego getting our room cleaned that day. Remaining days seemed ok.
