Clean and welcoming inside after long drive. Should clean the pile of garbage around the front door

The second room was good. It was nicely laid out, I loved the fireplace, and all the front desk staff were AWESOME. It was not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, and the bed was well past it’s prime but overall I was content with the room for the money spent. The first room I viewed, which was NOT the one that I selected while making my arrangements ,was a very tired, very beat up room. My first impression was that this was a room that had been used mainly by crews. There was however no problem switching rooms when I asked.

I was missing the shower curtain. Easy fix though. The bathroom sink tap leaked when open all the way. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a North facing room so you are not on the highway side. Overall it was a good stay.

They were lazy about checking us in- it took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The room bed sheets were stained and bedding smelt musky. Sinks were cracking , and the steam fan was really loud in need of repair. The entrance door was rattling, loose.

Price was right and room was comfortable. Close to good restaurant

Room was very run down had no heat and know one to fix was not offered another room good thing for extra blankets

The hotel was nice, didn’t see much of a breakfast other than cereal and toast, but the place itself was good

The rooms smelled musty and damp. The hotel was noisy and the smoke smell traveled through out the entire property.

The issue I had is when I first walked in, the room was quite hot. Even leaving on the AC didn’t help much. Some of the buttons on it didn’t work. Aside from that, no problems at all. Very friendly staff.

Although the service was great, there were a couple of disappointments. The breakfast was not out in time for me to eat before I left. There were things in the room that were sorely in need of repair.
