A Real Gem
This is a real gem. So much better than hotels at the same price. The only slight inconvenient is that you have to arrange your check-in time but after talking to the owner (Sergio) I got there around 10am when the cleaning lady was finishing up the room. Amazing location in the center of La Spezia. Walking distance from the ferries to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre.

Convenient and affordable
We wanted to visit the Cinque Terre, but didn't want to pay the expensive price of hotel rooms in that area. We found Lungamore rooms which are conveniently located in La Spezia, a surprisingly nice city in the proximity of Cinque Terre, Lerici, and other nice cities in the Italian Riviera.

Room is large however, there was no elevator up to third floor where the rooms are, we must haul our luggages up a couple of stairs, it was hard. Check in time is 6 pm which is very inconvenient.

Great Location. Very nice bathroom. Host friendly and gave great ideas on places to see and restaurants to go to.
