I usually love staying here, but this time was not a good experience. I needed an accessible room due to having hip replacement surgery. Night 1, the TV didn’t work. It was up high and I couldn’t reach it to check hdmi connection or see the numbers on the cable box when I called support (as noted on the laminated paper in the room). I was on the phone over 30 minutes without success. The office staff was super nice and helpful. She had it working when I got back from dinner. Day 3, the shower flooded the bathroom because the water wasn’t draining properly. My daughter took a shower not longer than 10 minutes and water was everywhere. Again, office staff was very apologetic and sent housekeepers to take away the wet bath rugs and provide plastic bags for my wet clothes. The bed was not the most comfortable. I could feel the springs. I used a lot of pillows to try to get comfortable. At least the heater was working and the room was warm at night.

Everything was great! The space, location, and cleanliness were on point. They even accommodated our early check in request which was appreciated as we had a party to attend at 4pm the same time as check in. My only issue was that there wasn’t a door on the main bedroom. There was no privacy between the common space and the bedroom. Wasn’t a major problem for our stay. I’m sure it’s on the fix it list. We will definitely stay again!

It was a great location for being close to Pismo Beach and Oceana, California area. The only disadvantage was we were right on the main road for the entrance to pismo beach and did not realize that it would be that busy with traffic most of the day and into the sunset hours. The staff were very considerate, and took care of our needs, as best they could.

Lovely beach vacation condo, comfortable and well equipped with amenities. Easy check-in and out. Lobby staff was very friendly and available. We did not get our check in email until we actually arrived and spoke with the staff. That wasn’t a problem, but I did worry I was missing something. I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years and lately the condition of the property and buildings has really gone downhill. I still enjoyed my stay but the condition of the property really needs an overhaul to keep it looking fresh and appealing.
