Courtyard Fort Walton Beach-West Destin

Staff: Javier at the front desk went over and beyond to make our stay memorable by finding us a better partial ocean view room. Every staff members we ran into were friendly, polite, and courteous and never failed to greet us: Bistro cook, housekeeping ladies, maintenance guys. Location: perfect for us. The beach is beautiful, the harbor walk is closeby, Destin harbor is a few minutes drive and other beaches nearby. Didn't get to try many restaurants but Asiago was great for breakfast (and packed) and is within walking distance. Many gas stations and stores around the area. Room: cozy and comfortable.Decor is beautiful and compliment the beach/relaxation theme. Love the furniture and bathroom. However, the bed was a bit firm for our taste and not as comfortable to sit up on considering there's no headboard. But that's a personal preference (we normally sleep on an Intellibed). Hotel: surprised at the cleanliness of common area given this is a beach hotel and there is traffic back and forth from the beach. There was ample parking and we really appreciate that the hotel requires a pass (which it provides on arrival) to park there. If room service was available, then the stay would have been perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves.

everything was very good for me, location, cleanliness, service, kindness of employee so on. it has one thing to be desired. the swimming poll is small and the ocean is not seen at the pool bench.

Hotel room was very clean and workers had pleasant attitudes. I even found the entry to elevators clean! The lighting a/r parking area was awesome!! I was pleased to see how clean bathroom was in our room. Access to private beach was great. It was nice to have game room on rainy day. Enjoyed our anniversary stay. Will share experience with others.

The elevator wasn’t working during my stay. It was workable but slower only having 1 elevator.
