Booking through this website is not recommended. The hotel doesn't honor preferences -- for example, I thought I had a King but all of the King rooms and double queen rooms were assigned to longterm workers or to people who called to make a reservation directly with the motel. They assigned my husband and me to a room with two double beds. I was told that because we had booked through the website, they couldn't fix anything or move us to a different room. They also told me that had I booked directly with them, I would be paying a lower rate. Meanwhile, my daughter was also at the hotel for the same wedding. She booked directly and also didn't get the room type she requested, Sheets were scratchy. Musty hallways. Room itself -- basic. No full-length mirror. At check-in, after saying we didn't have pets with us, I was asked again.. "Are you SURE you don't have pets with you?" Checking out the owner was downright unfriendly. No good morning.. just "What do you want?".
