Cool spot in Soho, easy in-and-out.
Really cool, trendy hotel. Super convenient location and services. Little convenience store in the lobby as well as a nice restaurant. Rooms were tiny but that's to be expected in NYC. They made the most with the space they had. Only issues: the door to the balcony had trouble staying closed and the blinds were broken.

The service at this hotel is top notch. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and/or responsive. Nyla, Al, Rohan, and Dashi stand out but so many were lovely. The rooms are tiny. The halls crowded with cleaning supplies but the service and staff are lovely.

Have stayed at Arlo Soho several times because I loved the location and it’s near my daughter who goes to NYU. The hotel always smells great is clean and I love Linden’s the restaurant inside of it. Will definitely stay here again. The rooms are kind of small, but you expect that for New York. Plenty of room for two people.
