Airport shuttle didn't come
The hotels airport shuttle didn't show up. After five minutes we contacted the receptionist. She was not very proactive and quite unapologetic. She only ordered an Uber after 20 minutes. We ended up being 30 minutes late to the airport. Besides that hotel was nice.
