Columbia Hotel

Columbia is absolutely charming. It is old and yes, it is old fashioned but it is also well kept and clean.

Siistit ja toimivat huoneet. Hyvä sijainti neljän eri metroaseman lähellä ja kävelyetäisyydellä Paddingtonista. Wifi toimi ainoastaan aulassa ja aamiaishuoneessa. Ei ilmastointia joten jos ikkunan pitää yön auki, kuuluu liikenteen äänet huoneeseen. Aamiainen ok vaikkakin suomalaiseen makuun vaatimaton.

Very good place to stay for three guys on a London's rock and roll history expedition. Ample breakfast to keep us alive until pubs started serving lunch. Sufficient comfort in the room between falling asleep and starting again the next morning.

The price and location of this hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of options included in the complimentary breakfast and the price for a hot breakfast is very reasonable. The beds are a little stiff and out TV didn’t work but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

I used to stay at the Columbia years ago when in the military and always had a good experience. This time it was for a visit with family to London. I was not disappointed. The hotel is not new, but it is comfortable, clean, and the staff are very accommodating. It is extremely well situated for touring London and a great value for the money. Thank you.
