Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Cumberland

Room smelled like sewage from the water treatment plant right next door. Sheets and comforter were dirty. Soap and conditioner dispenser in shower were empty.

room was a mess when checked in. It looked like the maids had a party in the room, leaving empty bottles around the room and chairs out of place and bathroom towels laying on the sink!!

Checking in was easy, the hotel and room were clean. Very happy with my stay here.

Very good and enjoyable

1)Their pool was empty claiming the State made them do that because of Covid-19. We have recently stayed at other PA pools and were able to swim with social distancing! 2)The card access door on the side was not working and I mentioned to them and they said they would get it fixed. Turns out, its been broke for a week another guest told us. 3) A friend in another room had to change rooms as he woke up covered in ants Saturday night. 4) Sunday morning, there was one breakfast bag left for my family of 4 at just shy of 9 a.m. The ignirant front desk clerk got in an argument with me stating that the Hotel only owes me a room, they dont owe me Breakfast. I then raised my voice and asked him to make this right to no avail! Never again will I or suggest to my team to stay at this Holiday Inn New Cumberland

Check in was fine, but in the room there were dead bugs lying around the room, ants were crawling every where, including the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky and the mirror hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest toothpaste splatter. The first night wasn't restful due to dogs barking in the neighboring room and the owners yelling at them. Breakfast was something to be desired.

Convenient location, smooth check in. Room appeared nice upon arrival. Upon further inspection toilet was very loose (wobbled). Shower had missing Grout in multiple areas. There was no courtesy coffee in room. Tea was there, but no coffee. Went to front desk and got coffee. Returned to room and Coffee maker didn't work correctly, Had to restart 4 times to get a full cup. Grounds in cup when brewed. Woke up and went to continental breakfast and found out there was none. was told there is a McDonald's down the street. Overall not terrible but not anywhere near Holiday in Standards.

Room large and comfortable. Bed bery comfortable.

Hotel was modern and nice; they did a great job to keep things "normal" during the covid pandemic

Went here while on a quarantine mini vacation. Not enough baggies with prepackaged breakfast muffins, no maid service during our two night stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable which is all you can hope for right now I guess.
