It was were i wanted to stay perfect but yhe chevk in yimr was miss lead i was told 9am but couldnt get in till noon had to sit around with my bags and wac late for my event

The rooms were nice although I noted a few “dings” in the wall and a couple of flies on the floor. The living area was comfortable and the place was quiet. It was close to a grocery store so food was not a problem and the internet was fast. I’d recommend the place to anyone tired of hotel rooms.

Stayed here for a convention across the street. Great location. Restaurant nearby. Parking around the corner. All night grocery market a block west. The only small complaints are the apartment was too warm (opened balcony door to cool it down, but was then noisy), the TV/cable had hundreds of channels but only access to the basic package, and the bedroom closet has very little space due to spare mattress stored inside it.

This is an Air BnB posing as a hotel, I booked the spot for a trade show at the MTCC based on the location thinking it might be a new hotel, now that I know Hotels.com does not vet the lists to verify they are hotels I will not be booking on the site again. I'm guessing that I was just lucky in the past. This is a residence so No Water bottles, Cleaners, Towel service, New soap etc, Coffee maker but no creamer, sugar etc. the bed was hard as rock and the blinds do not even cover the windows! they cover 70% so you get to wake up with the Sun. Best to think of your stay as Urban Camping. Room Temp was a 24! the thermostat didn't work so you can only cool the room down by opening the patio door, then you get the downtown Toronto noise right in you room to accompany the fans that don't turn off. When I received the email detailing the check in procedure and realizing it was unusual I tried to cancel my room only to find out that you can only cancel 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

Went for a Jays game and the Living Suites are located directly across the street. Perfect location to downtown and took advantage of the rooftop pool. Recommend requesting additional keys prior to checking in.
