Disappointed for advertising but otherwise ok
I booked this hotel because hotels.com introduction advertised the swimming pool in the hotel. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel and they informed me that the swimming pool required additional payment. I do not know if this is hotel´s or hotel.com:s mistake but this should be corrected.
Shower was a bit poorly designed as there was no divider and water spread everywhere when you were in the shower.
There were nice curtains in the room but they were operated from the air conditioning - table, which was not told to me before I went to my room. I tried to close the curtains like normally, but that did not work, and had to sleep curtains open. It is not common to close curtains from air-conditioning tablet so staff should let the guests now about this function.
Breakfast was lacking options for gluten free diet.
Positives: You were able to get special coffees in breakfast, staff was very polite, and everything was clean.
