Great location but some issues to work out
The room was big and clean the staff were very nice. The breakfast in Jasmine house was very basic but that may have been due to COVID. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was a nice touch. Overall the experience did not meet expectations. We booked a Traditional King Size room. Upon entering our room with a queen size bed, I called and was informed all the bed were queen sizes and the website is wrong. Then we found out we were put in a room with a broken a/c unit. The staff made it right quickly and moved us across the hall. We were supposed to receive a discount due to the inaccurate website information but after reviewing what I was charged I also did not receive that. Overall, we would not stay here again. Hoping that now they are under new management things will turn around once everyone gets settled.

The ambiance of the property in keeping with the Charleston charm. Enjoyed the wine and cheese every evening in the Courtyard and on the front verandah.

A great location for exploring Charleston.. Plenty of local food outlets. There is a free DASH bus just around the corner. Also Jasmine has local car park (daily charge). Nice staff

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are large and comfortable. It was very pleasant.

Clean convenient and spacious
Check in was great. Very nice staff. Convenient parking. Room was large and comfortable. Location is very walkable to good restaurants and theaters.

Staff was excellent. Court yard was classic. Breakfast and late day wine snacks were top notch. Room was nice. Location was good with the exception that from the view front porch was a parking lot.
