The included breakfast was very good.The tours they have were excellent. We have a non gratefull experience in one night.The guest that was near our room,make extremely noises that we could'nt sleep all night.The security of the hotel could'nt handle,so they call the police. The hotel didn't apologice for the event.

Nice hotel close to the Basilica.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Basilica. We were able to do an early check-in for a fee, which was great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The only thing I would recommend is having some type of rubber mat or stickies in the shower as it was quite slippery. The hotel shared local tour agencies that picked up visitors from the hotel and brought them back. The breakfast was very tasty and had options for cold and hot choices. The staff was very nice and the reception desk was helpful. If you are planning on visiting the Basilica, this hotel is very convenient.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Mexico Basilica. The customer service was top-notch—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. It was a great start to my day and a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is ideal for both tourists and business travelers. It's incredibly easy to navigate the city from here, with public transportation close by. Additionally, being just a short walk from the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe made visiting this important landmark convenient and stress-free. The hotel windows and entry doors are NOT soundproof. You can hear all of the traffic and people talking on the streets outside, sirens whaling, cars honking constantly. You can hear peoples private conversations as they're speaking in their rooms while you walk by their rooms, the doors are not soundproof. All in all, the hotel is nice and staff are nice & professional, but the outside noise is not buffered, the windows need upgrading to soundproof windows. It is to my surprise that a popular hotel chain as Holiday Inn is did not invest in soundproofing their windows, which, in my opinion, a peaceful, quiet enviotnment is the upmost importance for a popular hotel chain to provide for its patrons. I will not sleep there again.

Loved the hotel and the morning staff. The only downside is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. I rented a suite and still no refrigerator. Great breakfast selection and loves that they had a shuttle to the basilica and the airport. For the price I paid the hotel rooms should be fully stocked with a microwave and refrigerator.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Refill every item so quick and staff there are very cordial. Enjoyed the breakfast everyday with some changes. Wash basin is not in the toilet/wash room and it is in the bed room which is very inconvenient. The outside noice of traffic and rain was huge coming inside thru exhaust.

The area did provide a local experience with hot sandwiches, soups and small markets. The hotel provided a good breakfast and the food at the hotel restaurant was tasty. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to retain a taxis in their garage. The area around the hotel was not very pretty but okay with auto repair shops about 4 businesses up the street. Also a Sanborn's about 3 blocks.
