Comfort Suites

When we first got to opened the door to our room, we could hear the toilet running. We tried to fix it, but we couldn't. It was late in the evening and we didn't want to wait for maintenence, so we asked for another room. The only empty room they had with a king bed was handicap with jacuzzi. So, we didn't have the bar sink and counter top or the sofa and coffee table which was a bummer. But, the jacuzzi was clean and nice at the end of a long day. The bed was SUPER comfortable.

The receptionist was pretty rude, I called to inform the hotel that I would be arriving close to 11pm. Not only was she rude, I was given a room that was not even clean! After complaining and receiving a new room I tried to take a shower after my 16 hour work day, but the shower would not heat up until I let the water run for 15 minutes. Not the best experience, do not plan on returning.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and VERY helpful! I was just a bit disappointed that the pool was out of order. The printer also was not working correctly but RACHEL helped with that by letting me send documents to her and she printed them behind the front desk.

Very nice hotel at great price. Very clean, nice sized room. Breakfast was very good. Included hot scrambled eggs, sausage. Even hard boiled eggs.
